Shipping policy

We use Australia Post Service for shipping Australia Wide. We are a genuine Kangaroo Island based family business and all orders are shipped directly from Kangaroo Island.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs are Flat rate: $15.00 Standard Shipping and $20 Express Shipping

FREE delivery is offered to orders over $150.00 

We offer FREE local delivery within Kingscote, Kangaroo Island.

Kangaroo Island Courier Service available to American River, Parndana and Penneshaw Areas.

Pick up is available on arrangement.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. Once the order is shipped you will receive notification and a tracking number.

If you place your order before 11am AEST Monday to Friday and the item is in stock, we will make every effort to ship your item from our store on the same day.

Delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We cannot give an exact time of delivery but orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days for interstate orders. 

A confirmation email or text will be sent once our courier advises that delivery has been made. If you have a preferred time of delivery we will do our best to accommodate you. If you require delivery out of these hours or on weekends please send an enquiry by email, text message or phone call. An additional delivery fee will be charged if an address is incorrect or if the courier is unable to access the property to leave the gift safely.

PREMIUM KANGAROO ISLAND RAW LIGURIAN HONEY

Gift Hampers that include premium Raw Ligurian honey are unable to be shipped to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania due to strict biosecurity requirements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship to international locations.

 

HAMPERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When ordering gifts with alcohol from us, you declare that the intended recipient is 18 or over. It is always a good idea to leave the recipient's contact details on your order (which will only be used if the courier has concerns or issues when delivering the gift items).

 

CHRISTMAS 2025 Order Cut Off times - Please order by the time and date below for delivery before Christmas (Note this is based on Australia Post being able to fulfil their published times)
